Through an active investigation, State Police at Honesdale have identified the man wanted for the February 12th robbery of the NBT Bank in Lake Ariel as Aaron Gould of Honesdale, Pa. Warrants have been issued for Gould but his whereabouts are currently unknown.
A Jeffersonville man is under arrest after making terroristic threats. Bryan Miller, 53, of Durr Road told a county social worker Monday that he had made a pipe bomb and possessed C-4 explosive. Miller said he was facing a foreclosure on his home and was depressed.
On Sunday February 11, 2018 at about 3:45 PM, The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car being stolen from Burger King on State Route 42 in the Town of Thompson. The 64 year old male victim, who was from Monticello, told deputies that he had gone inside the restaurant to purchase food and had left his car running.

State Police at Honesdale arrested 34-year-old Gaspare Michola Gambino from Honesdale, PA and charged him with 14 counts of Invasion of Privacy. He was arrested in September 2017 and arrainged on January 10.
Gambino is a Spanish teacher in the Wayne Highlands School District and has been employed there since 2015.
