Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County Court of Common Pleas Judge Gregory Chelak:

George William Wildonger, age 75, of Milford, PA, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $400.00 for the crimes of Possessing Instrument of Crime, Theft, and Criminal Mischief.  On October 10, 2017, Wildonger was observed on a surveillance camera removing a building permit from a resident’s trailer located in Dingman Township then shooting her surveillance camera with a rifle and kicking her electric meter box.

Dillon Michael Wells, age 20, of Shohola, PA, was sentenced to a $500.00 fine for the crime of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The state police were dispatched to a residence in Shohola on October 16, 2017, for a domestic argument where Wells was found in possession of a Marihuana bong.

Laura Cornelia Newby, age 68, of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to 18 months of probation and fined $500.00 for the crime of Retail Theft.  Newby took assorted items with a retail value of $189.61 from a business in Blooming Grove Township on July 27, 2017, without paying for them.

Ashley Morgan Nellums, age 28, of Port Jervis, NY, was sentenced to 18 months to 36 months in a state correctional facility, to run consecutive to her New York sentence, fined $5,000.00 and had her driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance.  Nellums sold Heroin to a confidential informant on August 11, 2016, in Westfall Township.

William J. Kidd, age 55, of Milford, PA, was sentenced to 9 days to 6 months in the Pike County Jail, fined $700.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for a length of time to be determined by PennDot for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Drivers Required to be Licensed.  Eastern Pike Regional Police Department stopped Kidd for erratic driving in the vicinity of Mountain Avenue and Route 6 & 209 in Westfall Township on October 20, 2017.  Kidd was observed to have red, bloodshot eyes and the officer detected the smell of an alcoholic beverage when speaking with Kidd.  Kidd admitted to drinking prior to driving.  Field Sobriety Tests were conducted which showed impairment and a breath test confirmed a blood alcohol content of .095%.  Kidd was also found driving without a valid license.

Leann Aguirre, age 26, of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to 6 months of the IP Program, which will include 30 days of house arrest, a fine of $1,000.00 and a suspension of her driver’s license for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.  Aguirre was stopped by the state police on December 24, 2017, for speeding and weaving across her lane of travel along SR 590 in Lackawaxen Township.  The trooper observed Aguirre to be nervous and to have bloodshot eyes.  Aguirre was found in possession of Marihuana and admitted to smoking Marihuana prior to driving.  A blood test confirmed the presence of THC in Aguirre’s blood.

John Todd Christmann, age 53, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to a $300.00 fine for the Summary Offense of Harassment.  The state police responded to a residence in Lehman Township for a domestic dispute where Christmann verbally threatened an individual and a dog.
