Michael Allen Ray, age 20, of Greentown, PA, was sentenced to 11 months to 23 ½ months in the Pike County Jail, fined $1,500.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  On January 16, 2015, Ray sold ten bags of Heroin from his home in Greene Township to a confidential informant.  On September 20, 2015, after being arrested on a bench warrant and transported to the Pike County Jail, Ray was found in possession of Heroin.

Austin Michael Patton, age 24, of Port Jervis, NY, was sentenced to 3 years to 6 years in a state correctional facility and fined $1,000.00 for two counts of the crime of Theft.    Patton took several firearms from a residence in Dingman Township on August 22, 2016, without permission and with the intention of selling them.

Kathleen D. Molt, age 55, of Greentown, PA, was sentenced to 6 months of the PCare Intermediate Punishment Program which will include 30 days of house arrest, a fine of $750.00 and her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  On December 7, 2015, the state police observed Molt’s vehicle running with the headlights on parked along SR 402 in Blooming Grove Township and saw Molt stagger towards the open driver’s door.  In speaking with Molt, the trooper observed Molt’s eyes to be red and glassy, her speech slurred and she was emitting an odor of alcohol from her mouth.  A Field Sobriety Test was conducted which showed impairment and a breath test confirmed a blood alcohol content of .157%.

Diane Calafiore, age 70, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to 6 months of the Intermediate Punishment Program which will include 30 days of house arrest, a fine of $1,000.00 and her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.  The state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on September 3, 2015, along Milford Road in Lehman Township.  When the trooper arrived at the scene, Calafiore was asleep in her vehicle with her head on the steering wheel.  Calafiore admitted to having consumed pain and anxiety medications prior to the crash.  A blood test confirmed the presence of Oxycodone, Hydrocodone and Alprazolam.

Lukas Julian Novak, age 41, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to 4 months to 5 years in the Pike County Jail, fined $2,800.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The state police responded to Whipporwill Drive in Lehman Township on May 1, 2016 where Novak’s vehicle came to rest upon a shallow rise of terrain and was running, still in gear.  Novak was slumped across the seat with an alcoholic beverage in his hand.  A Field Sobriety Test was conducted which showed impairment and a breath test confirmed a blood alcohol content of .145%.  Novak was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia and had a minor occupant in the vehicle.

Samantha Ann Marie Olson, age 25, of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to 1 month to 2 years in the Pike County Jail, fined $500.00 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.  The state police observed Olson’s vehicle swerving across the lane of travel on SR 402 prior to entering I-84 in Blooming Grove Township on May 28, 2016.  Olson exhibited body tremors, red glassy eyes and emitted the smell of an alcoholic beverage while speaking with the trooper.  Olson was unable to complete the Field Sobriety Test.  A breath test confirmed a blood alcohol content of .095%.

Tracy Lynn Kimble, age 32, of Rhinebeck, NY, was sentenced to 2 years of probation and fined $900.00 for the crimes of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Theft and Theft from a Motor Vehicle.  On February 3, 2015, the state police responded to a one-vehicle accident along Doolan Road in Delaware Township where Kimble took a vehicle without permission and crashed it.  On August 2, 2015, and August 3, 2015, Kimble took a total of $190.00 in cash from a business cash register located along SR 739 in Delaware Township without permission.  On July 11, 2016, Kimble took without permission, a Samsung tablet valued at $50.00 from a vehicle along Pennsylvania Avenue in Matamoras. 

John Joseph Healey, age 53, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to a $200.00 fine for the crime of Harassment.  The state police responded to a domestic dispute on February 13, 2015, where Healey threatened another individual.
