Brendan Draughon, 18 YOA, Michael Giordano, 18 YOA, Alexander Smith,18 YOA, and a Juvenile male, 16 YOA, all from Hawley, PA have been arrested for the charges of Aggravated Assault, and Criminal Mischief. This incident occurred as multiple vehicles were shot by BB guns while traveling on Bellemonte Avenue in Hawley Borough. When troopers arrived on scene and began canvassing the area, their patrol vehicle was also struck by a BB. The suspects then fled the area on foot. Subsequent investigation revealed the identities of the above-named actors.

Charges were filed on May 10.
