This sentence was consecutive (in addition) to Henneforth’s four (4) prior drug convictions. Henneforth’s maximum date of release on his four (4) prior drug convictions is August 28, 2022. The Wayne County Drug Task Force (WCDTF) conducted the investigation which resulted in Henneforth’s arrest in October 2017.
District Attorney Robinson stated, “Mr. Henneforth has been a drug dealer, on and off, in Wayne County for the past six (6) years. The best place for him is in a State Correctional Institution. I will oppose any future paroles or early releases for Mr. Henneforth.
