Lillian E. Yacino, 94, of Lava, NY passed away on April 25 at the Skilled Nursing Unit of Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. Born on February 10, 1925 in Brooklyn, Lillian and her husband moved from Long Island to Lava in the 1970s.

A loving mother, grandmother and aunt, she is survived by three children, Phil Yacino, Jr., of Lava, NY; Phyllis Matechak and her husband, Carl, of Hawley, PA; and Priscilla Andrewski and Kevin of Narrowsburg, NY.

She is also survived by multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Lillian is predeceased by her husband, Phil Yacino, Sr.; her daughter, Lillian Petche; a granddaughter, Lillian Petche; a brother, Fred Namer; three sisters, Anna, Elsie and Dorothy; a son-in-law, Mark Andrewski; and a daughter-in-law, Lynne Yacino.

Lillian enjoyed dancing, partying with family and friends and singing as part of The Lost Valley Riders.
