Roots & Rhythm Awarded for Reducing Food Waste

HONESDALE, PA — The Region Three office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded Honesdale Roots & Rhythm Music & Arts Festival a Certificate of Achievement for food waste diversion from landfills. 

Bloomingburg lawsuit dismissed

HUDSON, NY — The Ulster County Supreme Court on January 24 dismissed most of a lawsuit brought by developer Shalom Lamm against the Town of Mamakating Planning Board for a determination that was made after the town and the Village of Bloomingburg merged their planning functions.

Job fair returning to Pike

MILFORD, PA — Last year hundreds of job seekers took part in the April Working Pike job fair and organizers are hoping for a repeat performance again this spring.

Mike Sullivan of the Pike Economic Development Agency and Cindy DeFebo of Pike Workforce Development announced the 2017 fair at the commissioners January 19 meeting.
