LAKE ARIEL, PA — An elderly Lake Arial man has been killed in a tractor accident.  Wayne County Coroner Edward Howell said 87-year-old Richard Chamberlain died at the scene near 105 Keystone Road on April 12, at about 12:50 p.m.

Howell wrote, “Decedent was the operator of a farm tractor which overturned on an embankment resulting in entrapment causing mechanical compression and asphyxia.”
