Lake Huntington News 12/5/18
I finally got TV back. DIRECTV technical support is not one of my favorite places to have to call on Tuesday night. Finally on Saturday a very nice guy named Gonzalo came and fixed the problem. The problem was they had to put a bigger pipe over the smaller pipe and they attached it with 1 screw. And the dish tilted. Gonzalo put 4 screws in to realign the dish; low and behold I got my TV back. He did have the nerve to tell me it was an $8.99 charge for a service call, I told him fat chance if you think I am paying that.
