Take a picture: it’ll last longer!

That’s right—I’ve been to another parade. And yes, I took hundreds of photos. For years, my friends in other parts of the country have marveled over the sheer number of festivals and parades held here in the Upper Delaware River region. While they often poke fun, I think they’re actually a little bit jealous, and who can blame them?

Some people decide to stop using plastic or start biking to work. Other people, I guess, have a complete epiphany about their health and the planet and eventually spend three months retrofitting a ‘97 Chevy Express Van to travel 32,000 miles on waste vegetable oil.

Free movie Monday

LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The Livingston Manor Free Library is hosting “Ghostbusters” for its free Movie Monday on Monday, February 4 at 3:30 p.m. Families and children are welcome to watch movies for free at the library. Light refreshments will be served. Call 845/439-5440 for more information.
