BEACH LAKE, PA — A talk titled “Learning the Principles by Heart” will be presented at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, August 19 at the Berlin Township Community Center. Unitarian Universalism affirms and promotes seven principles, grounded in the humanistic teachings of the world’s religions. What are the seven principles, and how might they be incorporated in the lives we lead? From affirming the worth and dignity of every person to respecting the interdependent web of all existence, this practical exploration will help in understanding the core of Unitarian beliefs and action.
