FERNDALE, NY — The Sullivan Renaissance project is accepting applications through March 1 for projects that will beautify public spaces and revitalize Sullivan County communities.

Whether your project is an established garden in need of sprucing up or your community has identified a space for a new project, Sullivan Renaissance is available to guide you through the grant process. This season, Sullivan Renaissance, in partnership with The Center for Workforce Development, will hire several young adults (ages 16 to 20) to work alongside volunteers on community projects. Interns will participate in a series of youth development meetings and a “Day of Service” project. Salaries are competitive.

Beautification grants and intern applications are available online at SullivanRenaissance.org. They may be completed electronically or mailed to: Sullivan Renaissance, c/o The Gerry Foundation, PO Box 311, Liberty, NY 12754. The deadline for both is March 1, 2019.
