FORESTBURGH, NY — The 12th annual Forestburgh 5K Race/Walk will be held on Saturday, August 11, at 8:30 a.m. at Lake Joseph (off Route 42) in Forestburgh, to benefit Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, Inc. The race, run on a paved and unpaved course, is certified by the USATF (NY12129JG). Registration costs $18 before the race and $20 on the day of the race.  

The first 150 registrants are guaranteed a race T-shirt. The youngest age bracket, 10 and under, can register free; there are nine other age brackers. Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each age bracket and to the top three overall male and female finishers.
