LIBERTY, NY — Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County (CCESC) is offering a homemade pasta-making workshops for kids on Saturday, January 26 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Young people 10 to 12 years old are invited to the hands-on class in the CCE’s Catskills Kitchen, where Martin Colavito will teach the basics of making pasta and marinara from scratch. Participants will also be able to taste their culinary concoctions and take home dough.
The cost is $30, or $25 for CCESC enrollee families. Register in advance at www.sullivancce.org, by emailing sullivan@cornell.edu, or calling CCESC at 845/292-6180. In the event of special needs, contact the CCESC office.
