LAKE ARIEL, PA — Lacawac Sanctuary is pleased to announce its 5th annual Lake-to-Lake 8k Trail Run and Walk/Dog Walk Sunday, October 14 on the trails of Lacawac. The event starts at 9:30 a.m. Run and walk through the trails of Lacawac Sanctuary’s over 400 acres of wonder, biodiversity and natural beauty. Dogs welcome and encouraged for the woods walk.

Be advised that sections of the course are technical, rocky and steep. No dogs or strollers on the 8k or 5k course; both are welcome on the Woods Walk.

Awards will be given in a variety of age groups. The family/dog woods walk is non-competitive.
