LIBERTY, NY — If you’re interested in receiving a grant from the Sullivan Renaissance, stop by the G2R winter symposium at the CVI building on Wednesday, January 9 at 5:30 p.m. to hear from those who know how to qualify and develop a successful project.

Nancy Proyeckt, from the Orange County Citizens Foundation, who is also a Sullivan Renaissance judge, will moderate a panel featuring Patrice Chester, from the Town of Thompson; Linda Hazen, Town of Lumberland Parks and Recreation; Jane Hyman, a former Renaissance intern and horticultural crew member, and Sullivan County Manager Josh Potosek.

After the panel, there will be workshops on visualizing your project, recruiting and retaining volunteers, and fundraising. The program is free, and registration is suggested. Refreshments will be served. Call 845/295-2445 or visit SullivanRenaissance.org to register and for more information.
