REGION — Ramona Jan has been an active member in her Upper Delaware Valley community for more than 20 years, known for her creativity, willingness to bring people together and support of the arts. She has recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer.

In the 1990s, Ramona met and worked with a practitioner of a program called Metabolic Typing. This woman had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer as a young woman and not expected to live. She is currently in her mid-eighties, still helping cancer patients in their healing today with the personalized program that she says saved her life. Ramona is currently working with this practitioner and following the program, though it’s expensive and not covered by healthcare.
