MONTICELLO, NY — The Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) has been awarded the contract for foster-home-finding services of Sullivan County. It will be called “Open Hearts—Open Homes” and will be run by Rebecca Morabito, program coordinator, whose office is located in the County Building at 100 North St. She can be reached at 845/551-4267. There is an urgent need for foster homes for children and youth in Sullivan County. Foster parents make a difference in the lives of children and youth by opening their hearts and homes to provide a safe and caring place to call home.
