HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne Choralaires, under the direction of Betsy Black, are beginning rehearsals for their Christmas concerts, and welcome more singers to join them. All voice parts are needed. This year’s concert series is titled “Caroling, Caroling” and will include a wide range of seasonal music favorites.
Concerts will be presented Carbondale, Hawley, Waymart and Honesdale. If you love to sing and can carry a tune, you will enjoy singing with the Choralaires. You do not need to be able to read music.
Rehearsals began on September 5 and will continue on Wednesday evenings from 8:30 to 10 p.m. in the Wesley Room of Central United Methodist Church. Concerts will be on Thursday, November 29, at 7 p.m. in Carbondale; Sunday, December 2, at 2:30 p.m. in Hawley; Thursday, December 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ladore Conference Center in Waymart; and Sunday, December 9, at 2:30 p.m. in Honesdale.
