COCHECTON, NY — Biologist Jessica Newbern will present her 2017 stationary and mobile acoustic surveys of bats and and emergence counts taken at the Cochecton Train Stastion, 8537 Rte. 97, on Tuesday, July 10 at 7 p.m. The presentation will take place at the station. Learn about the bat population in the area surrounding the station, their ecological niche, threats to their survival and more. There will be refreshments and a Q&A afterward.
