NARROWSBURG, NY — Kelly Turturro, director of Region Three of the New York Department of Environmental Conservation travelled to the deck on Main Street in Narrowsburg on September 26 to congratulate the towns of Bethel and Tusten on reaching Bronze Certification in the state’s Climate Smart Communities program.

Aletheia Piano Trio concludes Shandelee season

BETHEL, NY — Shandelee Music Festival (SMF) concludes its 25th anniversary season with the Aletheia Piano Trio in a P.L.A.Y the Classics concert at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on Sunday, October 7 at 3 p.m. The concert will feature the music of Mozart, Faure and Shostakovich, and will be followed by a specialty dessert reception.

BETHEL, NY — There will be a fundraiser for the benefit of Dottie Roycroft at Hector’s Inn in Bethel on Saturday, September 22, at 7 p.m. Roycroft has been battling cancer since September 2017, and she has chronicled the process on a Facebook page called “My Cancer Journey” (tinyurl.com/ybtwooq5).
