NARROWSBURG, NY — The Narrowsburg Union will hold an art opening for three unique women artists on September 1: Ula Nero, with the exhibit “Soul Artist”; Emma Switko, with “Next to Unconventional”; and Kum Mullen, with “Saws.” The opening reception will take place from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
