HANCOCK, NY — Hancock will ring in the holidays with its annual Parade of Lights, Christmas tree lighting, and visit from Santa on Saturday, December 1, from 4 to 8 p.m.
Come early to see the giant ice-carving demonstration, and stay late to enjoy caroling, cookies and cocoa after the parade. There will be warming stations with s’mores and more. The parade starts at 6:30 p.m., with dozens of floats and vehicles adorned with over-the-top lights, decorations and costumes. Food and craft vendors will also be serving up delicious, warm, local fare and locally made products.
