LIBERTY, NY — Boy Scout Troop 1717 will wrap your gifts for free this holiday season, along with offering baked goods and coffee, tea, or hot cocoa for sale. The scouts will be at the Liberty Senior Center December 15 from 1 to 5 p.m., armed with wrapping paper and treats.
