BETHEL, NY — Sullivan County musician Jay Ganz will give a concert performance on pedal steel guitar on Wednesday, July 4 at the historic Bethel Presbyterian Church. Ganz has been performing in bands for over 30 years. The pedal steel guitar is a console-type of guitar with pedals and levers added to allow for more varied and complex music.
