CALLICOON, NY — Yarnslingers (people who tell fantastic stories) are gathering for a reading of short true stories (by the authors themselves) on Sunday, January 28, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Café Adella Dori on Lower Main Street. Writers at this session will include Isabel Braverman, Evan Eisenberg, Jonathan Charles Fox, Ramona Jan, Kazzrie Jaxen, Helena Clare Pittman and Paola Tawa.
The event is free to attend and will also honor the 100+ year life of Mary Gorrill (Kazzrie Jaxen’s mother), who recently passed.
