WSPL summer reading program

WESTERN SULLIVAN COUNTY, NY — During this year’s Western Sullivan Public Library summer reading program, kids can come study with the National Park Service, practice on all sorts of percussion instruments, take turns writing songs, do a little yoga, play at some theatre, have a parade and then bring it all together with a dance party. They can pick and choose what programs they’d like to attend and come as often as they wish. Kids who keep reading logs have a chance to win a prize.

Children ages five and under will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays at the Tusten-Cochecton branch, Wednesdays at the Jeffersonville branch and Thursdays at the Delaware Youth Center in Callicoon.

Children ages five to 10 will meet at 1 p.m. on Mondays at the Tusten-Cochecton branch, Wednesdays at the Jeffersonville Branch and Thursdays at the Delaware Free branch.

Children aged 11-plus will meet once or twice a week at a various locations. For more information visit www.WSPLonline.org.
