GRAHAMSVILLE, NY — The Time and the Valleys Museum, 332 Main St., opens for the season on Memorial Day Weekend, May 27 and 28, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Opening weekend activities includes a special Memorial Day “sneak peak” display of artifacts and photos from its upcoming WWI exhibit and discounts in its shop.

Time and the Valleys Museum is a Blue Star Museum, a collaboration between the National Endowment of the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense and over 1,500 museums across America to provide free admission to active-duty military members (with ID) and up to five family members. The program runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The museum is open from Thursday through Sunday, 12 noon to 4 p.m. through Labor Day, and weekends in September. A donation of $5 is suggested for adults, $2 for children under 16, and free for children under six. Town of Neversink and Town of Denning residents receive free admission every Thursday.
