WOODBOURNE, NY — The Sullivan County Community Chorus, under the direction of Conductor Kevin Giroux, will perform its 40th annual Winter Concert on Sunday, December 11 at 2:30 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 6317 Route 42. The theme for the concert is “Remembering the Past, Celebrating the Present, and Looking to the Future: Celebrating 40 years of Choral Tradition in Sullivan County!” 

It will feature special guest performers from the Nesin Cultural Arts Center, the Young Children’s and Treble Makers Choruses, directed by Amy Phillips. It will also feature the Sullivan Chamber Singers, comprising members of the chorus selected through an audition process. 

In appreciation for the 40 years of support from the community, there will be no admission charged, but free-will donations will be accepted. Immediately following the performance, there will be a reception. The snow date is Sunday, December 18 at 2:30 p.m. For more information call 845/439-4458.
