MILFORD, PA — The high-flying fantasy “Peter Pan” will come to the Delaware Valley High School (DVHS) Theatre stage April 20 through April 22.

The director is Caroline Lehman, musical direction is by Sandy Stalter, choreography by Melissa Thomas, and scenic design and stage management by DVHS alum Curtis Jaeger. The cast includes Chrissy Nagrowski as Peter Pan, Jason Block as Captain Hook/Mr. Darling, Bronwen Yoncak as Mrs. Darling, Emily Jacobus as Smee, and Heather Star as Tiger Lily. The Darling children are played by Sarah Hawthorne (Wendy), Jack Greening (John), and Nathan Mang (Michael).

Peter Pan was first introduced by JM Barrie in 1901 in the short story, “Peter Pan, or the Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up.” Since 1904, the stage version has captured the hearts of audiences worldwide. The full musical version wasn’t created until 1954, directed and choreographed by Jerome Robbins and starring Mary Martin.

DVHS’s production will be assisted by the professional flyers from Foy, a theatrical flying service, to bring all the magic of Peter Pan to life.

DVHS is located on Routes 6 and 209. Show times are Friday April 20 at 7 p.m., Saturday April 21 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Sunday April 22 at 2 p.m. Purchase tickets online at dvhsdc.seatyourself.biz up to five hours prior to each performance. You may also purchase tickets at the door for $15 per person.
