LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The public is invited to a kick-off for the Willowemoc Trail Crew at Morgan Outdoors, 46 Main St. on Saturday, May 19 at 10:30 a.m. Local volunteers, under the auspices of the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference, will endeavor to keep many local trails clear and open for public enjoyment.

At 10:30 a.m., there is a short indoor session with Alex Bradley, the NY-NJ Trail Conference’s new Catskills coordinator, and available Catskill Park trail information. There will be refreshments and all participants will be entered in a drawing for door prizes. At 11 a.m., everyone is invited to proceed to the Frick Pond trailhead to help clear the Willowemoc Trail near Livingston Manor after the long, hard winter; this participation is optional. There will be something to work on for every age and ability. Many tools will be provided, but being work gloves and loppers if you have them.

RSVP to Lisa at 854/439 5507 or info@morgan-outdoors.com. For more information visit www.morgan-outdoors.com.
