MILFORD, PA — The winter classic-film series at TriVersity at 201 West Harford St. will start with “The African Queen,” on Thursday, January 11 at 7 p.m. The series, which features films from Hollywood’s Golden Age, is hosted by John DiLeo. Other films in the lineup include “Cover Girl,” on January 18; “Waterloo Bridge,” on January 25; “The Ghost and Mrs. Muir,” on February 8; “Notorious,” on February 15; and “A Letter to Three Wives,” on February 22.
“The African Queen” stars Katherine Hepburn and a rare comic turn by Humphrey Bogart. It was directed by John Huston, and among the luminaries who worked on the screenplay was James Agee. For more information email admin@udglbt.org.
