HONESDALE, PA — Riverfolk Concerts at The Cooperage will present multi-award-winning singer-songwriter Connor Garvey on Sunday, March 5 at 3 p.m. Garvey will be joined by special guests the Well Bottomers.
Garvey, from Portland, ME, leaves audiences uplifted and inspired through a positive message delivered in a way The Portland Press Herald says proves you can be optimistic and self-aware without being boring. His combination of songwriting and performance prowess has earned Garvey numerous awards including winning the Kerrville New Folk, Rocky Mountain Folks Fest, SolarFest, Wildflower Art and Music Festival and Maine Songwriters Association songwriting competitions, being voted as Most Wanted artist at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, being nominated for Best Male Performer in the New England Music Awards, and being named a top new singer songwriter by Sirius XM’s The Coffeehouse. Garvey is recording a new album, and the concert will be an opportunity to hear some of his newest creations.
