UPPER DELAWARE RIVER — While this scene may by typical of how a fisher releases a fish back to the wild, “you don’t usually get such a good photo of a robust trout swimming out of the net,” according to The River Reporter’s fishing columnist Andy Boyar (The Incomplete Angler). This brown trout was caught by Boyar on May 21, while he was fishing with his friend Peter Kolesar and guide Bill Fraser on the main stem of the Delaware River near Buckingham, PA.
