Dingmans Ferry, PA — Enjoy an orienteering expedition to the “Two Saps” Sugar Shack. The Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) will host its annual Sugar Shack Scramble on Saturday, March 8, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per person.

Participants will travel in guided groups, using a map and compass to find the sugar shack. Upon arrival at the sugar shack, participants will learn about the maple sugaring process, see the maple sap as it boils down to syrup, and enjoy hot cocoa and pancakes with fresh Pennsylvania maple syrup.
