DINGMANS FERRY, PA — The Pocono Environmental Education Center’s (PEEC) “Sunday for Singles” event on February 12 will be an eagle watch, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants should bring a lunch and dress in warm layers. Reserve a seat by February 5 to reserve a seat in the van. The cost is $25.
For those who prefer to stay inside, there will be an opportunity to explore PEEC’s new hands-on discovery room EcoZone!, crawl through the bat cave, sit in an eagle’s nest and more on February 12 and February 26 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Visit www.peec.org.
