Teresa M Foster, 71, of Greeley, PA, passed away November 29, 2013 in Goshen, NY.

A memorial service will be held at Shohola Falls in the Shohola Falls Recreation Area on July 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Reverend Fran Hlavacek of Church of the Good Shepherd & St. John the Evangelist officiating. A committal of ashes will be performed at the memorial service. A luncheon will be held at Peter’s Europa House, Shohola at 12 noon. All friends, family, colleagues and students are encouraged to attend.

Teresa was born in Brooklyn, NY to Sophie and Paul Klco on August 23, 1942. Teresa graduated from Prospect Heights High School and went on to earn a BFA from Parsons School of Design. Teresa devoted her career to the service of others as a classroom assistant at Delaware Valley High School and caregiver at the Milford Convalescent Home.

Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, Sophie and Paul and her brother William (Bill). She is survived by her brother Paul, former spouse Robert (Bob) Birney, sons Robert (Scott) Birney, William (Bill) Birney, Timothy (Tim) Birney, daughter Dawn Martins and their extended families.
