FISH 2013

The Upper Delaware River and its tributaries are a prime, world-famous fishing destination visited every year by recreational fishermen from near and far. Fly fishers especially are drawn to the region's cold, clear waters that provide the ideal habitat for trout. In this second annual edition of FISH, our readers will find tips on how to find where the fish are by "reading" the river; thoughts about finding a favorite (perhaps secret) fishing spot of your own; an article about how a healthy biodiversity of many species provides a foundation for a healthy fish population; and finally a look back at how the river has changed since our great-great-grandfathers fished here.
