Judy Feldman, a Long Eddy resident and former reporter for Money Magazine, was seriously injured on July 29, when she was struck by a vehicle that then fled the area. Feldman was crossing Bridge Street at the time.

New York State Police set up a road-block on July 30 in hopes of finding someone with information about the incident. Police encourage anyone with information about the hit and run to call them at 845/292-6600. All information will be kept confidential.
