Investigating officers recovered four rifles, five shotguns, a sawed-down shotgun, three handguns, ammunition, marijuana plants, unlawfully possessed fireworks and various drug paraphernalia. One of the handguns, a .380 caliber Sig Sauer model P230, was reported stolen from the State of Florida in December 2010.
The defendants were each charged with felony criminal and misdemeanor possession of weapons, conspiracy, growing marijuana, criminally using drug paraphernalia, unlawfully dealing with fireworks and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The defendants were taken to the Monticello Police lockup awaiting an arraignment. The Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office assisted with the investigation.
