Governor Tom Corbett, left, received two white pine saplings and other gifts during his visit to Promised Land State Park in Greentown, PA on August 23.

The stop capped a day spent paddling the Upper Delaware River, and visiting the Zane Grey Museum in Lackawaxen, PA and the Masker Museum in Promised Land State Park. Joining Corbett at the podium, from left, were Richard Allen, Secretary of the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources; Alex Stout, manager of Promised Land State Park; Michael Krancer, Secretary of PA Department of Environmental Protection and PA State Representative Michael Peifer.
