Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) at Honesdale are investigating an attempted arson that took place in Breezewood Acres in Lehigh Township.

The actor(s) took an oil mixture and dumped it on a wooden deck, which is attached to a mobile home. A trail of charcoal lighter fluid was then made to ignite the oil mixture.

The actor(s) then set fire to the victim's golf cart, which was attached to the deck, seemingly to ignite the fluid on the deck to the residence.
