Supreme Court Justice Michael Kavanagh deserves re-election. I have appeared before Judge Kavanagh in his capacity as a trial Justice as well as Appellate Division Justice, and he treats all litigants with respect and competence and is the finest example of what a Judge should be. There is no place in his courtroom for favoritism or politics, he is a straight shooter and renders impartial justice on each and every matter that is before him. He has devoted his professional life to public service both as a District Attorney for 21 years and 14 years as a judge. His experience is invaluable in maintaining the high standards of judicial competence which we have enjoyed in the Third Judicial District. I urge voters who may not know the Supreme Court Judicial candidates to speak to attorneys that they know and I am sure they will give the same wholehearted endorsement to Judge Kavanagh's re-election that I do.
