Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, NY.

Cecelia Irene Jones of Tyler Hill, PA, died on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Wayne Woodlands Manor in Waymart. She was 88.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, May 28 at the First Baptist Church of Damascus, 1678 River Rd. Damascus, PA 18415. Interment followed in Keokee Cemetery, Paradise Twp., PA.

George William McDermott

George William McDermott of Callicoon Center, NY, a retired laborer with Union Local #17 of Newburgh, NY died Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. He was 83.

Friends can call on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home, Jeffersonville from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Firematic services will be at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 noon at St. Mary’s Church in Obernberg, NY. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Youngsville, NY.
