Nadia Demydowycz of Glen Spey, NY, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. She was 90.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 9 with a liturgy mass at St. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 329 High Road, Glen Spey, NY 12737 with V. Rev. Nestor Kowal officiating. Burial was at Glen Spey Cemetery, Glen Spey, NY.

Elaine Katzoff, a long-time resident of Lake Huntington, NY passed away peacefully Friday, November 8, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was 90.

Funeral services were held on Monday, November 11 at Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home, 186 Broadway, Monticello; Rabbi Endre Stamler officiated. Burial was at Jeffersonville Synagogue Cemetery, Route 52, Jeffersonville.

Rudolf Schemitz of Beach Lake, PA died on Monday, November 4, 2013 at Regional Hospital in Scranton. He was 84.

As per his request, cremation was held at Maple Hill at Salem Crematory.

A blessing service was held on Friday, November 8 at Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale.
