Charles Curtis Bendle of Jeffersonville, NY, owner of Charlie’s Auto Works and a lifetime resident, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, after a brief illness in Florida. He was 64.

Services were held Monday, March 25 at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, NY, with Ginny Bossley officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Youngsville, NY.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Jeffersonville Fire Dept. or Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties.

Patricia May Elliott of Callicoon, NY passed away on her favorite day of the year: St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday, March 17, 2013.

Patrick John Kelly, of Smallwood, NY and a lifetime Sullivan County resident, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. He was 40.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 26 at Ramsay’s Funeral Home, 3534 Rt. 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY. Cremation was held at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.

Helen Kutsher

Helen Kutsher of Monticello, NY, owner of the famous Catskill resort, Kutsher’s Country Club, died of natural causes Tuesday, March 19, 2013 in Philadelphia, PA.

Services were held Thursday, March 21 at the Landfield Avenue Synagogue in Monticello.

Donations can be made to Landfield Ave. Synagogue, the American Heart Association and the Catskill Regional Medical Center.

Carol Marie Postrion

Carol Marie Postrion, a resident of Bethany Village in Honesdale, PA and formerly of Tanglwood Lakes, Greentown, PA died Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. She was 84.

The funeral was held Saturday, March 23 at Teeters’ East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA with Rev. Martin L. Cox, Jr., retired pastor Hawley United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment was at Pine Grove Cemetery in Paupack, PA.
