Honesdale – A phone was reported stolen from a residence on East Street in the Honesdale Borough. An unknown person/s was reported to have taken the phone from the victim’s East Street residence. The victim reported the theft on 7/16/11, at approximately 7:45 p.m. The phone is a third generation I phone, black in color.
