State Police in Wurtsboro arrested William T Helms, 51 of Fallsburg NY, June 3, 2011 for DWI. Helms was stopped on State Route 42 for a traffic violation. Helms was intoxicated and arrested for DWI. At SP Wurtsboro, Helms submitted to a chemical test and was found to have a BAC of .08%. After being processed, Helms was released to a third part and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Thompson court June 16 at 4:00pm.
