The Pennsylvania State Police in Honesdale are investigating a robbery at the Bubble Bank Laundromat in Palmyra Township, Wayne County. On 11-17-15 at approximately 2:20 am, a Hispanic male entered the laundromat and approached the attendant. He asked the attendant for change, and followed the attendant into the office.
The suspect took a pocket knife out, but did not expose the blade. The suspect knocked the change bag out of the attendant’s hand and took an undetermined amount of quarters. The suspect then fled the scene in a 2004-2006 Silver Chevrolet Tahoe. The vehicle had a broken rear and passenger side window and unknown New York registration.
Further description of the suspect: has a star tattoo on the right side of his neck and was wearing a Spanish flag wrapped rosary beads on his left forearm. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police in Honesdale at 570-253-7126.
