On January 30th, 2015, New York State Police based in Greenville (Orange County) announce the arrests of John W. Stevens, 20 years old of Greenville, NY and Brett M. Stevens, 19 years old of Huguenot, NY for felony drug possession.

Both men were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after State Troopers were called to a report of an accident on Greenville Turnpike in the Town of Greenville.

Both men were arraigned before Greenville Town Justice Greg Wieboldt and were then remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of bail. They are scheduled to appear again in the Town of Greenville Court on February 3, 2015 at 5:00pm.
